Product description
Black anti-slip tape, 5 cm x 15 m
If you only have one staircase to treat, a 25 m roll is too much. The ATZ R10 has the same 5 cm width and gritty surface as the ATZ R11, but 15 m of it: enough for the steps at a house entrance, the steps of a terrace or a short ramp.
Technical data
- width: 5 cm;
- length: 15 m per roll;
- colour: black;
- self-adhesive, tears by hand.
How much you need
Multiply the number of steps by their width. A staircase with 12 steps of 1.2 m uses 14.4 m, so one roll is enough. For several staircases, the 25 m ATZ R11 roll works out better.
Durability
Adhesion is very good, the tape does not shrink and it withstands temperature changes, moisture, UV and cleaning products, so the steps can be washed without worry.
Applying it
The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Stick the tape 1-2 cm from the edge of the step, where the foot lands, and press it down firmly along its length.
Other sizes
For ladder rungs and narrow edges, the ATZ R09 is 2.5 cm wide.
? Frequently asked questions
What is the 15 m anti-slip roll right for?
A single staircase: the steps at a house entrance, the steps of a terrace or a short ramp. It has the same 5 cm width and gritty surface as the 25 m roll, the ATZ R11.
How do I know if one roll is enough?
Multiply the number of steps by their width. A staircase with 12 steps of 1.2 m uses 14.4 m, so one 15 m roll is enough.
Where on the step does the tape go?
1-2 cm from the edge of the step, where the foot lands. The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease, and the tape is pressed down firmly along its length.
Can I wash the steps once the tape is on?
Yes. Adhesion is very good, the tape does not shrink and it withstands temperature changes, moisture, UV and cleaning products.
