Flexible beacons, ready to set down

A flexible beacon comes with its own base. You do not buy a panel and a base separately and there is nothing to assemble: take it out of the van, put it on the road, and the spot is marked. That is why crews that move often, from one pothole to the next or from street to street in the same day, use them.

Beacons with a yellow-red reflector

They have yellow and red stripes on both faces, in EG Class I film, and differ in size:

ATE 12416 – 20 x 48 cm reflector, 70 cm tall, 7 kg, 22 x 45 cm base, with handle.
ATE 12415 – 20 x 80 cm reflector, 104 cm tall, 12 kg, 31 x 48 cm base, with handle.
ATE 12410 – 25 x 100 cm reflector, 120 cm tall, 12.5 kg, 31 x 48 cm base, with a threaded socket for a lamp.

60x60 cm panels

They have a yellow 60 x 60 cm panel with a road sign, red and white stripes below it, weigh 12 kg and stand on a 30 x 48 cm base. They fold to 60 x 90 x 10 cm and have a handle and a threaded socket for a lamp or a small plastic sign.

When a flexible beacon is not the right choice

On open roads with strong wind and lorries passing close, or for works that stay in place for weeks, choose the beacons on 15 or 28 kg bases. The rest of the range is under directional beacons. We deliver in 1-3 working days.

What are flexible beacons made of?

The body and the base are PPC and PVC. The reflector has EG Class I film.

Do I need to buy the base separately?

No. Each flexible beacon comes with its own base: 22 x 45 cm on the ATE 12416, 31 x 48 cm on the ATE 12415 and ATE 12410, and 30 x 48 cm on the 60 x 60 cm panels.

How much do they weigh?

The ATE 12416 weighs 7 kg, the ATE 12415 12 kg, the ATE 12410 12.5 kg, and the 60 x 60 cm panels (ATE 12417/A, /D and /S) 12 kg each.

Can I put a lamp on the beacon?

Yes, on the models with a threaded socket: the ATE 12410 and the ATE 12417/A, /D and /S panels. The socket takes a warning lamp or a small plastic sign.

How do I transport them?

The ATE 12416 and ATE 12415 have a handle. The 60 x 60 cm panels have a handle and fold to 60 x 90 x 10 cm, so several fit in the same van.
