Atto Trafic is the online shop of ATTO REGAL S.R.L., a company founded on 27 November 1998 and based in Tunari, Ilfov County, on the edge of Bucharest. This is where the signs, cones, speed bumps and paints on the site are shipped from, to anywhere in Romania: more than 700 products for roads, car parks, building sites and warehouses.
What we sell
Most of the range is metal road signs: every group in SR 1848-1:2024, from warning signs to additional panels, made of 1 mm galvanised steel with class I or class II sheeting and CE marking. Next to them are the posts, clamps and caps used to mount them. The rest of the range is grouped by where it ends up:
- road works: temporary U signs, beacons, traffic cones, barriers, warning lights and mobile traffic lights;
- car parks and yards: speed bumps, parking blockers, wheel stops, traffic mirrors and wall and corner protection;
- road markings: one- and two-component paint, thermoplastic, preformed markings and glass beads;
- accessibility: tactile paving for blind and partially sighted people.
How we work
We work from the text of the standards, not from hearsay. We hold ASRO licences for SR 1848-1:2024, SR 1848-2, SR 1848-3 and SR 1848-7, and the sizes, formats and sheeting classes on the site come from them. Sign codes follow the 2024 edition of SR 1848-1, the one currently in force.
Every product has a specification table and a PDF data sheet you can download from its page. The figures come from the producers' data sheets. Where a data sheet is silent, we do not fill the gap with guesses: we ask the producer or leave the field empty.
For working out quantities on site we built four calculators: road marking paint, speed bumps, tactile paving and delineators. The questions we hear most often are answered in our guides.

Town halls and public institutions buy from us through SEAP / SICAP, where we are listed as ATTO REGAL S.R.L., VAT number RO11228633. Builders and road contractors usually ask for a quote for larger quantities straight from the product page and pay by bank transfer against a proforma invoice. Car park operators, warehouses, factories and residents' associations order like any other customer, by card or cash on delivery. For resellers there is our dropshipping programme, with tiered prices.

The company holds ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety), ISO 27001 (information security) and ISO 20671 (brand evaluation) certificates; the documents are on the Certifications page. Our metal road signs are CE marked and comply with SR EN 12899-1:2007. Declarations of performance and certificates of conformity for a specific purchase are sent on request, at office@attotrafic.ro.
Delivery, hours and company details
Products in stock go out by courier and arrive within 24-48 hours of the order being confirmed, on working days. Prices on the site include VAT, and every order comes with an invoice, issued to an individual or a company.
