RETURN POLICY

According to the applicable legislation, the CUSTOMER as a natural person can exercise the right of return within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the PRODUCTS.

If the CUSTOMER as a natural person requests a Return using the Return Form within the legal term, if the ORDER is paid, we will refund the amount within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date of notification by the CUSTOMER as a natural person regarding their return decision.
The amount will be refunded as follows:

– for ORDERS paid by Bank Card

– by refunding to the account from which the payment was made;

– for orders paid by cash on delivery

– refund upon receipt of the package or to a bank account.
We may postpone the refund until the PRODUCTS sold are received or until proof is received that they have been shipped, in case the CUSTOMER has not offered to recover the PRODUCTS themselves (the most recent date will be taken).

We reserve the right to reduce the amounts refunded to the CUSTOMER as a natural person by the value resulting from the handling of the PRODUCTS, other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the PRODUCTS.

The following are excluded from the right of Return:

– the supply of PRODUCTS made according to the specifications presented by the CUSTOMER as a natural person or clearly personalized;
– the supply of PRODUCTS that are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
– the supply of sealed PRODUCTS that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed by the CUSTOMER as a natural person.

Step 1: Register the return request by completing the form on this page (mandatory)

Step 2: Download and print the return form PDF which must be physically printed and included in the package you will send to us (mandatory)

Attention! Both forms are mandatory: it is necessary to register both the online form and the form that will be included in the package.

Step 3: We will send a courier to you to pick up the package. The return cost will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Furthermore, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded, and if it was free, the courier service fee will be deducted.

Step 4: After receiving your package, checks will be performed, and if all criteria are met, the money will be refunded to the indicated account or card, in the case of orders paid online by card. The money will be refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
