The products in this category do not mark road works, they mark the road itself. Anti-glare beacons go on the barrier between the carriageways and block the headlights of oncoming traffic. Guide posts stand on the verge and show at night where the carriageway ends.
90 cm anti-glare beacons
They are green HDPE blades, 90 cm tall, 22 cm wide and 5 cm thick, 2.7 kg each, with lengthwise ribs. They are bolted to the barrier one after another along the whole section. You use them on motorways, expressways, four-lane roads and bridges, wherever the headlights of oncoming cars shine straight into the windscreen.
- ATD A901 – comes with the mounting system for metal barriers.
- ATD A900 – the same blade without a mounting system, for replacements or other types of barrier.
130 cm lamellar guide post
The ATO 6301 is a white fibreglass blade, 130 cm long, 10 cm wide and 3 mm thick, weighing only 0.8 kg. It has two Class I reflective films and a pointed bottom end. The posts go along the road edge 50 m apart: 20 posts per kilometre on one side.
Where to use them
- anti-glare beacons: on the central reservation, wherever the two directions are separated only by a barrier;
- guide posts: on unlit county and local roads, on bends, on embankments and on roads where snow covers the markings in winter.

50 m apart along the edge of the carriageway. For one kilometre of road on one side you need 20 posts.
