? Frequently asked questions

How do I link two cones together?

With the ATO 3800 or ATO 3800/B extendable bar, 120-190 cm, or with a plastic chain passed through the slot in the body of the cone.

How can I make a light cone more stable?

With the 4 kg ATO 3951 weight base, which you slip over the cone until it settles on the cone's base.

What screws into the top of a cone?

The ATZ 101A hook, the ATZ 404-Y and ATZ 404-R solar lamps and the threaded plastic signs. The thread is Ø35 mm.

Do I have to cut off the loop on top of the cone?

Yes, on the orange cones cut off the loop first; the thread is underneath. The parking cones and marker cones have the thread open.

Do the solar lamps need a socket?

No. The 1 W solar panel charges the battery by day and the lamp flashes at night.

Legal guarantee of conformity

The official European Union notice on the legal guarantee of conformity for goods bought by consumers. It explains the rights the law gives you; it is not an additional guarantee offered by ATTO TRAFIC.

Official EU notice “Legal guarantee”: minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union. The full text is available below.
Text of the notice

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

For more information on your rights in a specific country, scan the QR code below or ask the seller. europa.eu/youreurope/guarantees

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
