TPU delineator posts
TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is the material of the premium series. TPU posts are flexible: when a car runs over them, they bend and return to their original position. They have increased resistance to UV radiation and stand up to the weather.
Models
- 30 cm – ATZ 8030, orange, 0.75 kg;
- 45 cm – ATZ 8045 (orange), ATZ 8045-BK (black), ATZ 8045-Y (yellow), 2 reflective bands;
- 75 cm – ATZ 8075, ATZ 8075-BK, ATZ 8075-Y, 1.2 kg, 3 reflective bands on black and yellow;
- 100 cm – ATZ 80100, ATZ 80100-BK, ATZ 80100-Y, 1.7 kg, 4 reflective bands on black and yellow.
All have a Ø8 cm post, a Ø20 cm round base and metallised reflective bands.
Installation
The base is fixed straight into asphalt at 3 points. The orange 45, 75 and 100 cm models come with 3 Ø16 x 90 mm anchors and 3 Ø10 x 110 mm bolts; the others with 3 anchors and 3 bolts.
Where they are used
To separate lanes or directions, on access lanes in restricted areas, to mark roadworks, on cycle lanes, in car parks and pedestrian areas, and as anti-parking posts.
Colours and quantities
Orange RAL 2009 is available at every height. Black (-BK) is chosen when you want posts that are discreet by day, with white bands that show at night, and yellow (-Y) matches the yellow markings in car parks and industrial yards. For a lane separated over 20 m with a post every 2 m, you need 11 posts.
