DELIVERY POLICY

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Tunari and reach their destination within 1-3 working days from the order registration.

All orders registered in our system before 1:00 PM are dispatched the next day and arrive at their destination on the following working day. Orders registered after 1:00 PM will arrive at their destination within 3 working days. Delivery time may vary depending on the volume of orders registered.

Shipping Costs and Methods

Products are delivered via DRAGONSTAR, FAN COURIER, SAMEDAY, DPD, or PALLEX.

Costs vary depending on the length/width/weight of the package.

Due to the fact that delivery is made through a third-party agent, we cannot guarantee the quality of the service. However, for any issues regarding the delivery process, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note that for logistical and legal reasons, we cannot guarantee delivery of orders to addresses outside Romania.
