How to buy through SEAP
Contracting authorities can initiate direct purchases from our SICAP catalogue themselves. Search for the economic operator by name or by CUI, choose the products from the catalogue and send the direct purchase request.
Products not in the SEAP catalogue
If you find road safety products on the attotrafic.ro website that do not yet appear in our SEAP / SICAP catalogue, contact us. We will send you a personalised quotation or add the missing products to the catalogue, so that you can initiate the direct purchase.
