Threaded adaptor for cone tops
The ATO 3900 is the part that turns an ordinary cone into a mount. It fits on the top of the cone, and above it has a thread into which a small plastic sign or a warning lamp screws.
Why you need it
A cone marks an area but does not say what is there. With the adaptor you can put a sign on the cone, and a lamp at night, without bringing a separate post for them.
What it looks like
It is a black, tapered part with a lengthwise slot, so it grips the top of the cone, and a side hole. The thread is at the top.

Other cone accessories
To link cones together, use the ATO 3800 extendable bar or the ATZ 101A hook with a chain. For stability, the 4 kg ATO 3951 base goes over the base of the cone.
