Product description

The smallest flexible beacon in the range

It is 70 cm tall and weighs 7 kg including the base. You pick it up by the handle at the top and move it with one hand, so this is the beacon you put out and pick up several times a day as the work moves along.

The reflector is 20 x 48 cm, with diagonal yellow and red stripes in EG Class I film. It is on both faces, so it can be seen from both directions of traffic. The frame is red and the black 22 x 45 cm base sits straight on the road or the pavement.

Where it fits

Short jobs in town, a pothole marked until the repair crew arrives, a lane closed for a few hours, the entrance to a site, or a car park where you want to show the way through. On fast roads or where the wind is strong, choose a taller beacon or one on a heavy base.

The body and the base are made of PPC and PVC.

The ATE 12415 has a 20 x 80 cm reflector and stands 104 cm tall; the ATE 12410 has a 25 x 100 cm reflector and stands 120 cm.

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
