Product description
Pedestrian crossing markings are executed with lines parallel to the axis of the road, having dimensions according to the figure. The length (L) of these lines depends on the approach speed, as follows:
- for V < 50 km/h, L = min. 3.00 m;
- for V > 50 km/h, L = min. 4.00 m;
In places with heavy traffic and a high risk of accidents, where increased visibility of crossing areas is necessary, pedestrian crossing lines can be supplemented with one of the following options:
1. Red pedestrian carpet, as shown in the figure.
2. Anti-slip assembly applied to the roadway in the form of a red carpet containing hard fillings (granite, basalt, bauxite, etc.), aimed at significantly reducing the minimum braking distance. These markings are applied in areas with heavy pedestrian and vehicle traffic, where children represent a significant proportion.
