Product description

Plastic "No parking" sign, Ø28 cm

A gate blocked by a parked car or an occupied loading bay costs time every day. The ATZ 545 is the round "No parking" sign, with a blue background, red border and red diagonal bar, which you place exactly where the space must stay free and move when it is no longer needed.

Mounting

The sign screws into the threaded socket of a portable post, such as the ATO 4095, or straight into the thread at the top of a cone. The reflective film makes it visible at night too.

Ready assembled

If you want the post and the sign together, the ATS 11015-545 (Ø11 x 120 cm post) and ATS 63315-545 (Ø6.3 x 120 cm post) sets come with this sign.

Where it is used

In front of garage doors, service entrances, loading bays, hydrants, or on parking spaces reserved for a while, for example for a house move or a delivery.

The Ø38 cm version, visible from further away, is the ATZ 645.

Text of the notice

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
