Product description

Plastic "Other danger" sign, 39 cm

An exclamation mark in the red triangle means "caution, something dangerous ahead" when the hazard has no symbol of its own: a cable across the road, an oil spill, a machine pulling out, a gravel patch. The ATZ 776 is the most versatile warning sign in the range, because it fits almost any situation.

Mounting

It screws into the threaded socket of a portable post, such as the ATO 4095, or straight into the thread at the top of a cone. The reflective film makes it visible at night too.

Where it is used

In industrial yards and warehouses, where machines leave a building site, on private roads, in car parks with a damaged area or at events with cables and equipment on the ground.

What to add

Add a warning lamp or a few cones with it, so the hazard is noticed in poor light as well. For a specific hazard, choose the matching sign: "Road works", the ATZ 782, or "Uneven road", the ATZ 779.

Text of the notice

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
