Product description
The row end for the one-way spike bump
The ATE 12290 one-way spike bump is 6 cm high, more than ordinary speed bumps, so the edge of the row needs closing. This black PPC cap has the same 50 cm width and 6 cm height and slopes down to the asphalt.
Dimensions
It is only 9 cm long and 0.7 kg. It adds very little to the length of the row, which matters at narrow entrances where the bump has to cover the full width between kerbs.
Fitting
- one goes at each end of the row;
- it is fixed with 2 anchors and 2 bolts, included;
- it joins the last ATE 12290 bump.
Working it out
For 3 m of bumps: 6 ATE 12290 pieces and 2 ATE 12291 caps; with the caps the row is 3.18 m. For an entrance of exactly 3 m you use 5 bumps and 2 caps (2.68 m).
Compatibility
It fits the ATE 12290 only; the other bumps have different heights and profiles.
