Product description
Solar set on a 28 kg base, for long jobs on open roads
This set is meant for the beacon you put out when the work starts and pick up only when it ends: the 28 kg base keeps it upright in the wind and in the draught from lorries, and the lamp charges itself from the sun with no batteries to change.
The solar lamp
It has a 1 W, 6 V solar panel with a 12 x 4.5 cm monocrystalline silicon cell, charging a 3.7 V 1500 mAh Li-Ion battery. The light is yellow, from Ø5 mm LEDs.
The beacon
- 25 x 100 cm reflector with yellow-red stripes, EG Class I film;
- 28 kg base, not fixed to the asphalt;
- 145 cm tall with the lamp and 31 kg in total;
- PVC, ABS and polycarbonate.
Placement
Turn the beacon so the solar panel catches the light for most of the day. At 31 kg, the set is easier to move with two people.
Versions
In town, where the wind is weaker, the ATS 15K-404 has the same lamp on a 15 kg base. With a 6V battery lamp on a 28 kg base there is the V7b-28.
