Product description

Economy PE signalling cone, 90 cm

The tallest cone in the economy series is 90 cm and 2.2 kg. It is chosen by those who need big cones that can be seen from far away on the road, but want to carry them easily and not pay the premium price.

Compared with the PVC cone

The V6-90R2, the premium PVC version, has the same height and the same 38 cm base, but weighs 3.2 kg and has a brighter colour. The PE cone is matt and 1 kg lighter.

Construction

Flexible orange PE (polyethylene) body with 2 white honeycomb reflective bands, on a 38 x 38 cm octagonal base.

Where it is used

At roadworks on the carriageway, when closing a lane, for traffic diversions and to mark no-access areas.

More stable

If a 90 cm cone has to stay put in the wind, choose the V6-90AR2E with a 48 cm weighted base. For light cones there is also the 4 kg ATO 3951 weight base.

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
