Product description

Set of 10 flexible TPU delineator posts, 100 cm

A metre of orange post can be seen from tens of metres away, on a busy road or around a works area. The ATS 80100 set holds 10 ATZ 80100 posts, the tallest delineators in the range, for places where the separation has to be noticed early.

The post
  • orange RAL 2009 TPU, UV-protected;
  • 100 cm tall, Ø8 cm post, Ø20 cm round base;
  • 1.7 kg, metallised reflective bands.
Installation

No foundation: each post is fixed into the asphalt with 3 Ø16 x 90 mm plugs and 3 Ø10 x 110 mm screws, which come in the set. On impact, the post flexes and stands back up.

Where it is used

On public roads to separate directions or lanes, to mark the way round an obstacle, along the edge of a works area and on the internal roads of industrial sites. With a post every 4 m, the set covers 36 m.

Other versions

Where a metre would be too much, the ATS 8075 is 75 cm. The PE version, with 12 posts of 100 cm and honeycomb bands, is the ATS 80100E.

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
