Product description
Battery lamp beacon for working in the dark
Reflective film only shows when headlights hit it. The flashing yellow lamp on top of this beacon blinks without them, so a driver sees it from a distance, before reaching the work.
The lamp
It has Ø5 mm LEDs and runs on a single 6V 4R25 zinc-carbon battery. That is the square battery with spring terminals commonly used in site lamps, so replacements are easy to find.
Beacon and base
- 25 x 100 cm reflector with yellow and red stripes in EG Class I film;
- 15 kg base, on which the beacon stands without being fixed to the asphalt;
- 125 cm tall with the lamp fitted and 18 kg in total;
- PVC, ABS and polycarbonate.
Where it goes
At potholes and trenches left open overnight, at the end of a closed lane, or on streets with poor street lighting. One person can move the 15 kg base as the work moves.
Other versions
For windy roads, the V7b-28 has a 28 kg base. If you would rather not change batteries, the ATS 15K-404 set has a solar-charged lamp.
