Product description
The same 15 kg beacon, with Class II film
The difference from the V7-15 is the film. Here the panel has Class II reflective film, HIP type, which sends more of the headlight beam back to the driver than Class I film. In practice the beacon appears out of the dark sooner, and the driver has more time to slow down and change lane.
When it is worth it
On unlit roads, at the edge of towns, on bypasses and anywhere traffic is faster. The same goes for works that stay signed overnight, with nobody on site.
What you get
- a 25 x 100 cm ABS panel, 2.4 kg, with the yellow-red reflector on both faces;
- a Z-shaped metal insert in the panel's foot for stiffness;
- a 15 kg PVC base, 50 x 40 x 11 cm, with yellow reflective strips and holes for mobile sign posts.
If there is wind as well
The 15 kg base is easy for one person to move. On open roads with lorries passing, the version on a 28 kg base is the V7-28_II.
