Product description

Black tactile STOP tile, 30x30 cm

This is the black RAL 9017 version of the ATZ 9004 warning tile. The raised domes say "stop", and the black colour makes it visible on light floors: white tiles, beige stone, light marble.

Where it goes

Before stairs and steps, at the end of a guidance route, before a pedestrian crossing or at the edge of a platform.

Material

TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), 30 x 30 cm, 0.8 cm thick, 0.35 kg. The surface is non-slip.

Installation and quantity

It is bonded with epoxy adhesive, bought separately. In front of a staircase 1.5 m wide, one row of tiles means 5 pieces, and two rows mean 10. For a 1 m² area, allow 12 tiles.

The matching guidance tile

The ATZ 9003-BK has the same format and colour, with guidance ribs instead of domes. For long routes with larger tiles, see the 40 x 40 cm ATZ 9005-BK and ATZ 9006-BK.

Text of the notice

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
