It is installed 100-200 m from the beginning of the road section, when the slope exceeds 7%. The driver is not required to reduce speed, but all maneuvers are prohibited. If the road is not wide enough to allow two vehicles to pass side by side, priority is given to the vehicle going uphill over the one going downhill.
