? Frequently asked questions

What is in a cone and sign set?

A cone with a thread at the top and a plastic sign that screws straight into it, with no adapter. The ATS 3060-545 and ATS 3060-782 have the 60 cm parking cone with 12 cat's eyes and 6 kg; the ATS 3271-545 and ATS 3291-545 have 70 and 90 cm PE cones on a weighted base.

Does the delineator post set include fixings?

Yes. Each post comes with 3 plugs and 3 screws for fixing straight into the asphalt, so a set of 10 posts has 30 plugs and 30 screws.

What is the difference between TPU and PE (ECO) posts?

TPU is the premium material, with metallised reflective bands; PE is the budget version, lighter, with honeycomb bands. That is why the PE sets hold more pieces: 14, 15 or 12 posts, against 10.

Where do I find the mobile post sets?

Here and under parking solutions, in post sets: the ATS 11015-545, ATS 11015-957, ATS 11015-6668, ATS 63315-545, ATS 63315-957 and ATS 63315-6668.

How many metres of fencing do 4 modular barriers make?

Each barrier is 150 cm long, so 4 barriers joined with their side clips make 6 m. Set out in a square, they close off a 1.5 x 1.5 m area.

Legal guarantee of conformity

The official European Union notice on the legal guarantee of conformity for goods bought by consumers. It explains the rights the law gives you; it is not an additional guarantee offered by ATTO TRAFIC.

Official EU notice “Legal guarantee”: minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union. The full text is available below.
Text of the notice

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

For more information on your rights in a specific country, scan the QR code below or ask the seller. europa.eu/youreurope/guarantees

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
