Product description
Rubber traffic separator with a 75 cm TPU post
This is the tallest separator in the category: the black TPU post is 75 cm high and 8 cm in diameter, set in a black rubber base 100 x 25 cm and 10 cm high. The whole unit weighs 16 kg.
Visibility
The post carries yellow honeycomb reflective bands and each long side of the base has a yellow reflective strip. Yellow on black shows up in the headlights from both directions of travel.
Where it is used
To separate directions or lanes before a junction and to mark out cycle lanes, wherever you want a heavy base with a tall post.
Installation
It is fixed at 4 points with 4 anchors and 4 bolts, included, so there is no separate fixing kit to buy. Each piece is 1 m long, so a 6 m line takes 6 pieces.
The post
TPU is flexible: if a vehicle touches the post, it bends and comes back up instead of breaking.
Other versions
The V18-2045 has the same base with a 45 cm post and weighs 15 kg. For a much lighter separator with a yellow base, the V18-1070 has a 70 cm post and weighs only 4 kg.
